Tom Oszczepalski
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Oszczepalski has over 20 years of healthcare experience. From 2001-2010, he managed Medtrx’s Client Relations Department and was instrumental in establishing the company’s No-Fault and Workers’ Compensation billing procedures. In 2010, Mr. Oszczepalski left Medtrx to become the practice manager at one of the region’s premier healthcare systems. In 2015, Mr. Oszczepalski rejoined Medtrx as Vice President.
Nancy Halpern
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Halpern has been the CFO of Medtrx for 15 years and has over 20 years of healthcare finance and banking experience. She has a degree in Business from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA in Finance and Management of Organizations from the University of Miami where she was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
Leon Sorkin
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Sorkin has been Medtrx’s Chief Information Officer since 2005. Prior to joining Medtrx, he worked as a consultant specializing in healthcare IT for various organizations and hospital systems. Mr. Sorkin holds advanced degrees in Applied Physics, Economics and Information Technology from Tartu University in Estonia.
Scott Nadell
Director of Business Development
Mr. Nadell has over 25 years of experience in sales and business development and has been at Medtrx since 2008. Prior to joining the company, he was the EVP of Sales and Marketing at an international textile firm where he excelled in strategic planning, team building and client retention.
